Work area:
Die Stadt Neuerburg verfügt über einen eigenen Bauhof mit mehreren Vollzeitkräften sowie mehreren geringfügig Beschäftigten. Die Mitarbeiter des Bauhofs stellen die Unterhaltung und Wartung der gemeindeeigenen Gebäude sicher. Zu den Aufgaben des Bauhofes gehören des weiteren Pflegearbeiten an den gemeindlichen Infrastruktureinrichtungen wie Gemeindestraßen, Gehwegen und Plätzen. Die anfallenden Arbeiten werden durch Sie, den Leiter des Bauhofs, disponiert.
Specialist area of responsibility:
- Carrying out and coordinating maintenance work in/on local buildings
- Maintenance of green spaces and facilities
- Ensuring road safety in the local area (e.g. winter road clearance,...)
You meet our recruitment requirements
This is expected:
- Completed training in a recognized skilled trade
- Versatile manual and practical skills
- Possession of a class B driving license (formerly class 3).
- Willingness to operate machines and vehicles from the municipality's own fleet (including tractors, yard loaders).
- Citizen friendliness, conscientiousness, discretion
- Independence, sense of responsibility
- Ability to deal with conflict, reliability and resilience
- Motivation and flexibility,
- Team and communication skills
