Your tasks:
Specialist area of responsibility:
- Participation in personnel development planning (training and further training of fire department members), honors, appointments and other personnel matters for fire department members
- Master data maintenance in the fire department
- Responsibilities according to the road traffic regulations:
- Permits in accordance with § 29 StVO (excessive road use), orders in accordance with §§ 44, 45 StVO (traffic restrictions, detour, bans), exemptions in accordance with § 46 StVO;
- Responsibilities for municipal roads in accordance with the ordinance on ensuring road traffic, controlling the maintenance of public traffic areas, regulating the use of roads, paths and squares (special use)
Professional profile (vocational training):
- Administrative assistant (f/m/d) or completed career examination for the 2nd entry-level post in the field of administration and finance.
- comparable, equivalent qualification / equivalent professional qualification.
- Confident handling of all common Office applications.
- Applicants with the same or related activities will be given preferential consideration if they are personally suitable.
Personality:
