- Building applications and preliminary building inquiries are no longer to be submitted to the Südeifel local authority, but exclusively to the district administration of the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm (building supervisory authority).
- Building applications in the exemption procedure must still be submitted to the Südeifel local authority.
