Your tasks:
- Coordination and monitoring of building construction projects of the association municipality, in particular coordination with commissioned architects, engineers and specialist planners
- Client function
- Checking planning documents and ensuring compliance with quality, deadline and cost requirements
- Technical management / monitoring of coordination with funding providers and specialist authorities
- Support with tenders and the awarding of construction contracts
- Supervision of the construction work with regard to the applicable building and technical regulations
- Audit of architects' and engineers' invoices in accordance with the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI)
- Regular reporting on project progress and advice on urban planning and infrastructure issues
- Contact for authorities, clients and other project participants
Your profile:
- Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable course of study or state-certified technician specializing in civil engineering
- Relevant professional experience in construction supervision
- Ideally experience in the public sector
- Knowledge of building regulations and standards (e.g. HOAI, VOB, LBauO)
- Experience in auditing fee statements and a good understanding of HOAI
- Experience with CAD and calculation programs
- Communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident demeanor
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Affinity for sustainable construction and interest in the development of public infrastructure
